South Tangerang, December 3, 2019 - PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) held the first "BFI Agile Thought Community (BATC, read: batik) Meetup" at BSD, South Tangerang, on Tuesday (12/03/2019). This activity is part of BFI Finance's commitment in improving the quality of human resources (HR) information technology field in Indonesia.
In this first BATC, BFI Finance partnered with Joshua Partogi, Professional Scrum Master and Trainer. Joshua also welcomed this activity for its positive contribution to improve people’s skills. He hopes that this BFI Finance’s program can spread Agile spirit in developing software and setting up businesses, and generally, creating Agile mindset in working.
Going forward, BFI Finance intends to continuously organize this activity by inviting various speakers. There are already several Agile Communities initiated by IT practitioners in Jakarta, yet none in South Tangerang. BFI Finance expects to be the first host to establish and maintain the Agile Community so as to generate positive impact on the quality improvement of HR in BSD and its surrounding areas.
