Serang, November 19, 2021 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) has echoed the spirit of sport and at the same time shared compassion with others. Under the program ‘Ride & Share’, BFI Finance’s employees rode bicycles while distributing hundreds of aid packages for communities. This event has been held in series for a year during 2021 in 60 cities. The series was officially closed with the last go-ride event and distribution of hundreds of grocery packages at the same time in various locations in Serang, Banten on November 19.

Started in March, the ‘Ride & Share’ event series was initiated by distributing hand sanitizers while bicycling, for instance in Bandung, Pangkal Pinang, and Semarang. This movement was one of BFI Finance’s efforts to encourage communities to always keep hands clean during the COVID-19 pandemic. Whereas in May, in which this year’s Ramadhan fasting month fell, BFI Finance distributed foods for breaking fast (takjil) for communities in some cities, among others in Padang, Mataram, and Yogyakarta. Additionally in September, in order to commemorate the National Customer Day, BFI Finance’s employees united together to give away free cloth masks to informal workers around  the neighborhood of BFI Finance branch offices in Makassar, Surabaya and many other cities.
